I have four of these clips in my Ma zda5, for the second and third row seatbelts. I always thought that they were installed backwards since the belt would just slide  right out instead of staying put; if they were the other way around, the tension on the belt would keep them from popping out, or so I thought. Yesterday I finally realized that you’re supposed to put the metal part of the seatbelt in that closed portion of the clip, with the webbed belt material in the open portion behind. I’m an idiot...

What is GMG union? I’ve seen the same avatar with others... also, Mazda5 is awesome. Anyone who drives a minivan is in the “know”. We need to stick together. Lol

It’s a way of showing support for the writers (and former writers) at the various blogs now owned by G/O Media, especially those at Deadspin and the late Splinter. https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2019/11/05/deadspin-executive-who-sent-stick-sports-memo-resigns/

Minivans are especially ticket repellent, and when equipped with a 6MT, like mine, are surprisingly peppy. By all accounts the Mazda5  isn’t all that quick, especially since most others have massive V6 engines, but I like the small size and nimble nature, and love zipping through the gears and tossing it through the corners, something you probably wouldn't do with a Sienna, Pacifica or Odyssey. And sliding doors are simply the best thing ever.
